Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. The terms below apply alongside any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the law of your country.

1. EU / German consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bai Xu, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-008-567, 48268 Greven, email: HelloBaixu@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Logged-in customers can also declare withdrawal directly in My Account with a single click — we will then automatically trigger a full refund through our payment provider Paddle.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Note on digital content

Cozzify credits are digital content. We deliberately do not ask you at checkout to consent to immediate contract performance with the consequent loss of your right of withdrawal. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore remains fully intact — even if you have already used some or all of the credits you purchased.

2. Outside the 14-day window — 30-day money-back guarantee

For all other customers and for purchases older than 14 days, we offer a discretionary 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds for unused or partially-used credit packs purchased within the last 30 days are typically issued in full.

3. How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.
